Mahesh Parmar is a business development and sustainability professional with over 23 years of experience across the retail, educational, industrial, telecom, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.
Coming from a strong family background in forestry and wildlife conservation, he developed a deep connection with nature from an early age, inspired by both his grandfather and father, who served as Range Forest Officers (RFOs) in the Forest Department, Gujarat State.
He began his career with the Government Department of Women & Child Development as a Project Appraisal Officer, contributing to women's livelihood restoration and community development. Over the years, he has built deep expertise in business development, strategic partnerships, fund acquisition and management, project coordination, and government liaisoning across India.
He has successfully facilitated and managed land acquisition for multiple projects across sectors, working closely with corporate organizations, institutional stakeholders, government authorities, and private enterprises for large-scale planning and execution.
Through this wide-ranging exposure, Mahesh saw the growing impact of rapid industrialization on ecological balance, and dedicated his work to environmental restoration through afforestation, agroforestry, forest conservation, and carbon reduction initiatives.
